Task: Read each sentence and match it up with the correct word at the bottom. I don’t mind if you write the number and then the correct word. For example- 1. performers


This week we are looking at the suffixes ‘ing’ and ‘er’

Today can you practise your spellings by writing them in a spelling scribble.

Look at the example below.



SPaG: Today, can you draw three columns for nouns, verbs and adjectives. Then can you look at the words and chose which column they fit into.

Discuss with a family member how and why each word is a noun, verb or adjective.

Task: Today, your task is to create an observation drawing of Scott McTominay’s face and label using adjectives.

Challenge: Can you use alliteration when writing labels?

Example-spikey, short stylish hair.

Independent Reading

Today, read a book any book of your choice.

Can you explain to someone what your story is about?

Who are the main characters? Where is the setting of your book?



This half term we have been looking at Materials.

Have fun testing different materials to observe if they are waterproof or not and if they are transparent or opaque.


Each day I’ll add a fitness session for you to join in with.
